Wild sock eye salmon filet seared in a lemon-white wine sauce and topped with a mango-ginger sauce. Mango and salmon complement each other, especially with the subtle flavor of tarragon

Filet of sole oven backed in a creamy sauce of oysters, mussels, shrimp and mushrooms
